Kalen completed her Masters of Science in Physicians Assistant Studies at South University in Savannah, Georgia.  She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physicians Assistans (NCCPA). She always knew that she wanted to work in the medical field in some form or fashion. During her sophomore year at the University of Georgia, Kalen decided to apply to PA school.

"I have always had a passion for working with kids. I love being able to see my patients grow through infancy to adulthood. While I do often see kids when they are sick, I also get to see kids when they are well for check ups and I am able to provide guidance and education through each new and exciting stage of life."

Outside of work, Kalen loves spending time with her family. She and her husband have a daughter who keeps them very busy. She also enjoys traveling, reading, and working out.
