Urgent Care Reservation
Use online reservations to schedule your urgent care visit and do the
majority of your waiting from home. To save your spot in line at the urgent
care, please complete the form below. View additional times by clicking on
the blue dropdown bar. Please, only one time slot per patient. If more than
one person needs to be seen, please repeat the process to reserve additional

Frequently Asked Questions
No, it is not. The SouthCoast Health Urgent Care location
will do its best to see when you arrive, but if there are
sicker patients ahead of you, they may be seen first.
There is not an additional fee for using SouthCoast Health’s
Urgent Care services. SouthCoast Health participates with
most major insurance carriers. We ask that you pay at the
time of service for all services that are not covered by
your insurer or that are determined to be your
responsibility, including co-payments.
Online Check-in is free for everyone. It does not matter
what insurance you have or whether you do not have any.
You will be seen by a healthcare professional who will
evaluate your condition and decide on the best course of
action for you. You may be seen by a nurse, physician,
physician assistant, or some other combination of healthcare
If you are feeling worse, do NOT wait for your reservation.
Go to the nearest Emergency Department immediately. If you
feel that your condition is 'life threatening', call 911
There is a 15 minute grace period. If you are later than
that time frame, you may lose your spot in line.
Simply go online and make a new reservation. The system will
automatically cancel your old one.
Call the facility where you made your reservation, and tell
them that you are canceling your Online Check-in reservation.
Online Check-in is a new system that may decrease the time
your family spends waiting at our Urgent Care locations.
You select a time of your choice to let our staff know you’re
coming. This allows you or your loved one to wait in the
comfort of your home until your check-in time.
