Chantal Garzon, FNP-C is a Family Nurse Practitioner with SouthCoast Health Primary Care. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner degree with honors from Columbus State University and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing with honors from South University.
Chantal brings more than a decade of nursing experience to her role, with an extensive background in critical and post-anesthesia care. Her experience caring for patients with complex medical and surgical needs has provided her with a strong foundation in assessment, chronic disease management, medication management, and patient education. She also completed clinical training in primary care with SouthCoast Health as part of her Family Nurse Practitioner education.
