Christel Starnes, FNP-C is a Family Nurse Practitioner with SouthCoast Health Primary Care. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing with a Family Nurse Practitioner focus from Spring Arbor University and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Virginia’s College at Wise, where she graduated magna cum laude and received the Dr. Betty M. Johnson Clinical Excellence Award.
Christel brings extensive experience caring for adult patients with a wide range of acute and chronic health conditions. Her background also includes emergency medicine, medical-surgical nursing, rehabilitation and long-term care, and spine medicine.
At SouthCoast Health Primary Care, Christel is committed to providing compassionate, individualized care and building strong relationships with her patients. She strives to understand each patient's unique healthcare needs while helping them manage existing conditions and achieve better overall health.
