Keri Hagan, FNP-C

Keri Hagan, FNP-C is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with SouthCoast Health Nephrology. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner degree from South University in Savannah and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Quinnipiac University.

Keri brings a diverse healthcare background to her role, with experience in emergency medicine, interventional radiology, primary care, pediatrics, and women’s health. Her clinical experience caring for patients with both acute and chronic conditions has given her a well-rounded approach to patient care. She is passionate about patient education and helping individuals better understand and manage their health.

At SouthCoast Health Nephrology, Keri works alongside the nephrology team to provide compassionate, patient-centered care to individuals with kidney-related conditions.
