Shivani Bishnoi, M.D.

Since childhood, Dr. Bishnoi has been passionate about helping others. Her family's medical background and her experience caring for her grandmother helped instill a deep sense of empathy. This would become the driving force behind her decision to pursue a medical career. 

Board-certified in sleep medicine and internal medicine, Dr. Bishnoi completed her residency at Michigan State University and a fellowship at the University of Florida. She enjoys educating patients on the benefits of sleep medicine and assisting them in achieving optimal sleep in order to enhance their quality of life.

“When I was in my fellowship, there were a lot of patients who weren't aware of how sleep medicine could help them,” Dr. Bishnoi explains. “Encouraging patients to take the treatment and seeing the change in their lives was very inspiring to me."

An avid reader of sleep medicine journals and studies, Dr. Bishnoi remains a lifelong learner. 

In her spare time, she enjoys badminton, swimming, singing, hiking, and camping with her family. She lives in Savannah with her husband and children.
