After working on the general pediatric and pediatric ICU floors for seven years, Alisha decided to pursue her Masters degree in order to become a nurse practitioner. She loves being able to work with families in outpatient settings and educating children and their parents on ways to prevent acute illnesses, chronic diseases, and accidents. After having worked with most of the pediatricians in the Savannah area, Alisha felt the pediatricians of SouthCoast Health were the most caring and loving providers and feels honored to work with such an esteemed team. In her free time, Alisha enjoys spending time with family, biking, playing board games, and enjoying daily devotionals with her daughters.
Alisha Bennett has been amazing helping me with any and all questions regarding my newborns health. She is very sweet & professional. When I had questions regarding how to properly breastfeed she was more than happy to be of assistance! Its crazy how I used to see this same office a few years ago for my pediatrician and now I can bring my son in to see the same smiling faces. SouthCoast has been more than a drs office to me but a piece of home for quality care.
Great continue with the NP/lactation consultant Monday and Wednesday! She gave wonderful helpful hints and tips and even watched me and the baby during an entire breastfeeding session to give us tips on latch on both breasts as well as holding positions. Gave me time to ask all my questions as a new mom initially
I loved how they were able to get me in the same day two times for a sick kid. Always friendly.
Always have a good experience and doctors and nurses are very well informed and takes really good care of my family. Thank you very much!!!!
Alisha is always so great! The medical assistant was also wonderful. Very professional, proficient and courteous!
