“What geared me towards internal medicine is the fact that I can follow a patient through their acute or chronic course,” says Dr. Nazare. “It allows me to watch my patient’s disease process improve over time. My goal is to help my patients reach their best possible health so that they can prevent hospitalizations.”
Dr. Nazare completed an internal medicine residency at Memorial University in Savannah, Georgia. She provides compassionate care to patients and works with them to develop a treatment plan that benefits their long-term health.

My new primary care physician is amazing! She was punctual (even though I was 15min late due to traffic - it only took 10-15min to be called back to the exam room when its normally been 1-1.25hr after appointment time in the past with old physician), listened to the health concerns I had and scheduled lab appointment to look into them. She was very polite and considerate. Only my first appointment with her but she seems wonderful!
