As your partner for Total Wellness for Life™, SouthCoast Health is now offering after-hours and weekend appointments to patients at our new, expanded Pooler campus. We want to ensure that our patients have additional options in their busy schedules to meet with a SouthCoast Health primary care provider for a routine check-up, or to seek care when feeling sick or injured. Along with the normal hours of operations for our primary care services in Pooler, we will offer the following extended hours at this location:
Monday, Tuesdays and Thursdays 5:00 - 7:00 PM.
One Saturday a month from 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM.
