A total of five SouthCoast Health physicians are being honored on the Castle Connolly Top Doctors 2023 list. Board-certified surgeon Dr. Jeffrey S. Mandel and board-certified allergist Dr. Wasil Khan both appear on the list for the 10th consecutive year. Additionally, Dr. David M. Mozer, Dr. Benjamin L. Watson, and Dr. Edward M. Hoffman are recognized on this year’s list. Drs. Mozer and Watson have been on the list annually since 2017, and Dr. Hoffman has appeared on the list since 2018.
