With back-to-school season right around the corner, SouthCoast Health Pediatrician Dr. Jenna Sirmans joined WTOC’s Morning Break to discuss the importance of re-establishing healthy sleep habits in children after a summer of late nights.

Dr. Sirmans recommended gradually adjusting bedtimes and wake-up times, practicing good “sleep hygiene,” and ensuring kids get the rest they need to thrive both in and out of the classroom.
