SouthCoast Health is pleased to introduce Dr. Taylor Moran, an internal medicine physician who has joined our Primary Care Department and is now caring for patients at our Chatham Center location in Savannah.
Originally from White, Georgia, Dr. Moran came to Savannah to earn her medical degree from Mercer University School of Medicine and followed with her internal medicine residency at Memorial Health University Medical Center. Her clinical interests include comprehensive adult primary care with a special focus on patient education and advocacy.
Dr. Moran chose primary care for the opportunity to form meaningful, long-term relationships with her patients. She believes informed patients are empowered patients and prioritizes clear communication to ensure individuals fully understand their diagnoses, treatment options, and overall health plan.
Outside of the office, Dr. Moran enjoys traveling with her husband, spending time with her rescue animals, and taking advantage of the outdoors, especially beach days and golf outings.
