In 2026, SouthCoast Health proudly celebrates 30 years of caring for our community. Since opening our doors in 1996, our mission has remained the same. We strive to serve as your partner for Total Wellness for Life™. For three decades, our physicians and medical professionals have worked alongside patients and families to understand their health goals, address their concerns, and guide them toward healthier, fuller lives.
What began as a commitment to patient-centered care has grown into a comprehensive, integrated network of more than 120 physicians and medical professionals serving communities throughout the Lowcountry and Coastal Empire. From pediatrics to geriatrics, routine wellness visits to specialized care, and urgent care to surgery, SouthCoast Health coordinates care across specialties so patients can receive the right care at the right time without headaches or hassles.
To commemorate this milestone year, SouthCoast Health has created a special 30th anniversary seal.
The seal features an abstract oyster with a pearl at its center, symbolizing the traditional gemstone of a 30th anniversary while also reflecting the coastal region SouthCoast Health calls home. Inside the pearl appears “30 Years,” flanked by 1996 and 2026, representing our inception and our continued commitment to the future of healthcare in our community. Surrounding the design are the words “SouthCoast Health – Total Wellness for Life,” reinforcing the philosophy that has guided our practice since the beginning.
The design also incorporates our brand colors of coastal lime green, seafoam teal, and deep ocean blue, which reflect both our visual identity and the coastal community we proudly serve.
Our 30th anniversary is more than a celebration of time. It is a celebration of the patients, families, physicians, and staff who have been part of the SouthCoast Health story. Over the coming months, we will share special highlights, stories, and reflections that honor the relationships and care that have defined our practice for three decades.
