Dr. Tomus is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. He earned his Doctor of Medicine degree, “Carol Davila" University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Bucharest, Romania and completed his residency at St. Luke's-Roosevelt Hospital Center, New York, NY. Dr. Tomus is an active member of the American Medical Association and speaks English, German, and Romanian.
